Studio Policies

1. General Studio Etiquette
    •    Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to set up and get settled.
    •    No food allowed.
    •    Silence or put away cell phones during class.
    •    Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Socks with grips are recommended.
    •    Please clean and wipe down all equipment after each use.

2. Reservations & Cancellations
    •    All classes must be reserved in advance through pilateros.punchpass.com.
    •    A minimum of 12 hr notice is required to cancel a Group Class reservation.
    •    A minimum of 12 hr notice is required to cancel a Private or Semi-Private session.
    •    Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class/session being charged.

3. Payments & Packages
    •    All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    •    Packages may have an expiration date (unless otherwise noted in promotions).
    •    Special sales or promotions cannot be combined with other discounts.
    •    Payments accepted: ATH Móvil Business, PayPal, Venmo, Cash, Check, or Credit Card.

4. Health & Safety
    •    Please notify your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class.
    •    The studio reserves the right to refuse participation if a client’s health and safety may be at risk.
    •    Do not attend class if you are sick, contagious, or recovering from illness.

5. Studio Environment
    •    Respect instructors and fellow clients—this is a judgment-free zone.
    •    Keep conversations light and quiet in the studio space.

6. Liability Waiver
    •    All clients must sign a waiver before participating in any class or private session.
    •    Participation is at your own risk; the studio is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes.
